IAVS attendance grant applications deadline: closed
Decision letters on abstracts: 18 July (at latest)
IAVS attendance grant decision announced: 18 July (at latest)
Sending the signed Presenter's Agreement (check the email from August 20): August 27 (please send ASAP if you haven't done it so far!)
Payment of the registration fee for those participants who are given an oral or poster presentation at the symposium (check the email from IAVS2021@mci-group.com on August 24): September 9 (we will not be able to include your presentation in the symposium if you haven't pay the registration fee on time)
Uploading slides or posters for pre-recording on-demand oral or poster presentation (check the email from customer@postersessiononline.eu on August 31): September 9
Last option to do the video pre-recording for on-demand oral or poster with lightning talk presentation: September 16 (you will get an email with a link for pre-recording the video one working day after you submitted your slides/poster to the recording platform)
Virtual excursion - sending link with the video file (check the email from IAVS2021@mci-group.com on August 24 with instructions): September 16
Registration will remain open until the start of the symposium
